Volontiers. Ceci dit, le riz était un peu trop collant....
Looks divine! Especially with the sangria there. (I bet a margarita would have been equally nice too!) I have just recently learned about Paella, and have attempted my own stove-top version. I would have loved to grill the seafood myself, but is too hot (110ºF) in Arizona in the summers to stand around in front of a grill that's 500+ feet away from your apartment. Besides, getting fresh seafood here is more than a challege, that is if you don't mind paying a premium for it! I have a few recipies on my blog. Stop by and take a look.
